Bought this flashlight in the middle of this past December. I was not planning to buy this initially; i had my eye set on the nitecore D10 instead. but they were on back-order, so i took a chance and got this instead. Eric was the kind employee who handled my transaction, and he did an extremely good job. he maintained constant communication throughout the transaction, and ensured the package arrived at my doorstep. overall it was a great experience, hassle-free. i would not hesitate to buy from 4sevens.
as for the flashlight, i have no regrets with my decision at all. after quickly looking through some reviews of this flashlight, it is very very similar to the D10 in terms of the lighting capability. it is more up to the user if they want one-handed or two-handed operation of the flashlight.
only other differences to note are it only has a strobe effect vs the newest D10 SP which has both strobe and SOS modes. the NDI has a 3 point crenelated bezel so even if you stand it up, you can tell if the light is on or not. please note that it can NOT tail stand unlike the D10 due to the clicky switch it has. and the newest D10 SP does not have unlimited ramping; it has 3 set levels of brightness.
along with this i got the quark AA/123 holster, which fits it very well. the holster is made of a stiff material, so it is not soft and flimsy. this means there is no way the flashlight can be turned on by accident.
